Our Wines
We produce French & Spanish style wines, including Chardonnay, Cabernet Franc, Cabernet Sauvignon, Petit Verdot, a Merlot blend similar to a Pomerol, Petite Sirah (Durif), a Ribera Del Duro style Tempranillo, and a Tempranillo Rosé. The Zinfandels and Malbec blends are our own California style.
Wine, Food & Friends
Wine and food have a special ability to bring people together. Join us and enjoy both at daily tastings, lunches, club parties or your special event. Larger groups and weekday visitors, please call or use the contact page to request a reservation.
The Fairplay AVA
Just North-East of Amador’s Shenandoah Valley, El Dorado County’s Fairplay AVA has the second highest elevation in California. The hilly terrain creates diverse microclimates. At 2300 feet, our cool valley is ideal for Merlot, Tempranillo, Petite Sirah and other cooler climate varietals.
